Key Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive end‑user training on RadNet core functionality and workflows.
Support go‑live activities across multiple orthopedic clinic locations to ensure seamless transition.
Assist clinicians and staff with system navigation, troubleshooting, and workflow optimization.
Serve as a primary point of contact for user questions and issue resolution during go‑live.
Collaborate with project teams to facilitate a successful implementation and user adoption.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience working with RadNet or similar medical imaging systems.
Proven track record of providing end‑user training and go‑live support in healthcare environments.
