This is being posted for a client - this is in person and in Bethesda, MD. We are seeking a highly capable, detail-oriented
Team Administrator
to support the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced, high-producing real estate team.
This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who can step in, take ownership of the back office, and become a critical part of how our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
About the Role This position supports the operational backbone of the team—ensuring transactions, systems, and client communications are handled with precision and professionalism.
The right person is proactive, highly organized, tech-savvy, and thrives in a dynamic, high-performance environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop systems to improve efficiency
Manage contract-to-close processes for buyer and listing transactions
Prepare and review contracts, addenda, and listing agreements
Coordinate with agents, clients, lenders, title companies, and vendors
Maintain and update CRM systems and transaction platforms
Ensure compliance with brokerage and state requirements
Track key dates, deadlines, and deliverables across all transactions
Support listing launch processes (MLS input, documents, timelines)
Assist with database management and client follow-up systems
Handle administrative workflows that keep the team running efficiently
Qualifications
Active real estate license in
MD, DC, or VA
(multi-state a strong plus)
Experience on a
busy real estate team
strongly preferred
Experience with
REO/asset management transactions
is a strong plus
Proven ability to manage multiple transactions at once with accuracy
Strong understanding of contracts, forms, and real estate processes
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office , CRM systems, and transaction platforms
Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and workflows
