This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bloomfield Hills, MI, for a Net Lease Investment Sales Associate. Responsibilities include sourcing and analyzing net lease property investment opportunities, supporting the acquisition and disposition process, conducting market research, and collaborating with clients and brokers. The role also requires building and maintaining strong client relationships and employing innovative marketing approaches to achieve optimal transaction outcomes. Qualifications

Strong skills in Financial Analysis, Real Estate Evaluation, and Market Research Proficiency in Sales, Negotiation, and Client Relationship Management Ability to understand and interpret contracts, leases, and legal documentation Experience in Digital Marketing and Marketing Strategy Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail Proactive problem-solving and critical thinking abilities Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field preferred Real estate license or willingness to obtain one is required
