Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Real Estate Agent based in Madison, WI. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Qualifications
Possession of a valid Real Estate License (required)
Experience in Real Estate, Real Property, and a strong understanding of property transactions
Excellent Customer Service and Sales skills
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
A proactive attitude and ability to work independently with attention to detail
Familiarity with the Madison, WI real estate market is an advantage
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for client meetings and property showings
