Responsibilities:
Create and maintain Tech Packs, Graded Specs, BOMs, construction details. Schedule and Lead FIT sessions and evaluate Protos, FIT, PP, and TOP samples for FIT, measurements, and construction. Issue FIT comments, pattern corrections, and sample approvals or rejections to overseas factories. Ensure consistency of FIT, grading, and construction across all sizes and production runs. Manage multiple styles, calendars, and deadlines across seasonal development. Work with Design and Production to resolve all FIT issues. Qualifications:
Be proficient in both Men’s and Women’s FIT’s across Knit and Woven categories. Attention to detail and be able to multitask. Daily communication with overseas Fty’s and internal Teams. Be able to manage multiple brands and work through deadlines . Must have live fit experience. Ability to work in high volume department and work cross functionally. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to recognize and react to changing work demands.
