Position Overview
Banyan Living is seeking a dedicated Leasing Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for connecting with prospective residents, showcasing our property's unique features, and facilitating smooth leasing processes that improve resident satisfaction and community growth.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and guiding prospective residents during property tours
Inform potential residents about available units, community amenities, policies, and application procedures
Assist applicants throughout the leasing process including completing applications and processing leases while adhering to Fair Housing laws
Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records using property management software
Follow up regularly with prospects to increase lease conversions and support resident retention efforts
Collaborate with property management and marketing teams to support leasing strategies

Requirements Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer service
Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred but not required
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with property management software is a plus
Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask effectively
Positive attitude, professional appearance, and team-oriented mindset
