Sales Territory Manager

drives growth, builds relationships, and wins new business for a fast-growing leader in waste and recycling. This well-established organization is expanding in the Pensacola market and looking for a competitive, customer-focused sales pro to own and grow a defined territory. Responsibilities: Prospect and close new Commercial & Residential accounts Maintain and grow existing customer relationships through ongoing communication and service support Identify opportunities for service improvements, upselling, and account expansion Build and maintain a network of referral sources and prospective clients Research and evaluate prospective customers to identify business opportunities Present and demonstrate products and services tailored to customer needs Negotiate pricing and contracts; meet/exceed revenue goals Collaborate cross-functionally and stay ahead of market trends Requirements: 3+ years of outside sales experience (industry experience a plus) Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Sales or Business preferred Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven Willingness to travel within the territory Ready to own your territory and make an impact?
