Golf Course Assistant

The Golf Course Assistant is responsible for managing the golf cart fleet, assisting players and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. This role supports daily operations by maintaining equipment, coordinating cart availability, and providing excellent customer service throughout the course.
Distinguishing Characteristics
Clean and organize golf carts before and after rounds.
Greet golfers and provide basic course information.
Report any maintenance issues or damage.
Prepare golf balls for play.
Help golfers load and unload clubs and equipment.
Keep cart storage areas tidy and organized.
Empty trash cans or recycling bins in cart and range areas.
Help with light tasks such as moving equipment or signage.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
Must be at least 16 years old.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Must be safety conscious.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
Availability to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends as assigned.
Perform light physical tasks.
