Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Life Insurance Agent. We operate as an ensemble practice bringing together investment, insurance, and advanced planning under one coordinated strategy. We are actively looking for life insurance agents, predominately those with either experience in the B2B market or those looking for a way to work in the B2B market. If you're looking at more than just selling products or trying to figure out Advance Planning/Exit Strategies on your own, we've built an environment where you don't need to do either. Responsibilities include helping clients and business owners identify their life insurance needs, developing tailored insurance plans, managing insurance policies, and cultivating relationships with new and existing clients. The role also involves providing informed financial guidance, educating clients about life insurance products and how they are an integral piece of both individual and business planning. Business cases specifically are team designed, not self built. You will gain access to exit planning conversations, not just insurance sales. And your existing skill set as a life insurance professional becomes more valuable to the business owner and to the individuals as well.

Qualifications
Proven experience in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage
Familiarity with concepts in Finance and financial planning
B2B experience or a strong interest in working in the B2B market, is a plus
Strong Customer Service and interpersonal communication skills
Knowledge of insurance policies and products, as well as risk management principles
Proficiency in building and maintaining client relationships
Ability to work independently in a remote environmentRelevant certifications, such as state insurance licenses or financial education, are a plus
