Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role located in Orlando, FL, with occasional work-from-home flexibility. As a Community Association Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of assigned residential communities. Responsibilities include managing association budgets, coordinating maintenance services, enforcing community rules, attending board meetings, and fostering positive relationships with homeowners and board members. You will also act as a liaison between the association board, vendors, and residents to ensure community satisfaction and compliance with governing documents.

Qualifications

Property Management and Community Coordination skills, including HOA and condominium association oversight

Financial Review, Budget Management and Vendor Coordination experience

Conflict Resolution and Customer Relations skills to foster strong community relationships

Knowledge of Legal Compliance and HOA Governance regulations

Proficiency in Communication and Organizational skills, both written and verbal

Proficient in using association management software and other relevant technology

Certified Community Association Manager (CAM) license or ability to obtain it within the required timeframe

Ability to work independently in a hybrid role, with demonstrated time management and multitasking capabilities
