Navigate Realty is a growing real estate company in Wilmington, NC looking for an Office Manager/Licensed Real Estate Agent with digital marketing experience to keep our operations running smoothly while helping our brand and listings stand out online. What You’ll Do

You’ll be the operational backbone of the office—managing daily workflows, supporting agents and office leaders, keeping systems organized, maintaining our CRM, coordinating vendors, working with new hires, tracking expenses, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. You’ll also lead our digital marketing efforts. That includes creating engaging social media content, running email campaigns, designing marketing materials, Google Ads, and tracking performance to continuously improve our reach and results. What You Bring

You have at least 3 years of office management experience (real estate experience preferred) and a strong working knowledge of digital marketing. You’re comfortable with social media platforms, email marketing tools, CRMs, Google Ads, and design programs like Canva or Adobe. You’re organized, detail-oriented, proactive, have a positive attitude and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Why You’ll Love It Here
