This position will play a key role in supporting the commercial and operations teams by developing competitive pricing strategies for international freight services. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across departments to optimize profitability while maintaining high service standards. Prepare and manage pricing quotations for air, ocean, and ground freight shipments Analyze market trends, carrier rates, and competitor pricing to ensure competitiveness Maintain and update pricing databases and rate sheets Collaborate with sales and operations teams to develop tailored solutions for customers Support contract negotiations with carriers and vendors Monitor margins and identify opportunities to improve profitability Assist in RFQs (Requests for Quotation) and RFPs (Requests for Proposal) Generate reports and provide insights on pricing performance and trends Ensure compliance with company policies and international shipping regulations Qualifications & Experience
1-3 years of experience in pricing, logistics, freight forwarding, or a related role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis) Excellent communication and organizational skills Familiarity with international shipping terms (Incoterms) is a plus
