Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Sarasota, FL, for an Assistant Property Manager. The Assistant Property Manager will oversee the daily operations of various properties, including tenant relations, lease administration, rent collection, property inspections, and maintenance coordination. Responsibilities include assisting in recruiting and managing vendors, preparing financial reports, addressing tenant inquiries, and maintaining compliance with all applicable regulations. The role also emphasizes exceptional customer service and efficient property management practices to achieve optimal occupancy and enhance client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Experience in property management, lease administration, and rent collection
Strong customer service, tenant communication, and relationship management skills
Organizational and time management abilities, including task prioritization
Experience with maintenance coordination and vendor management
Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Understanding of applicable property management laws and regulations
Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business administration, or a related field is preferred
