Painter - Student Housing (Summer)

The RoleWe are hiring 5 painting contractors for our summer student housing turnover in Tucson, AZ. You will be painting apartment interiors as part of a team turning 422 beds in approximately 16 days. Mixture of Touch Ups and Full Paints. Must be available from July 31st - August 19thWhat You Will Be Doing- Interior painting of apartment units including walls, ceilings, doors, trim, and closets- Surface preparation including patching nail holes, minor drywall repair, sanding, caulking, and taping- Cutting in around edges, trim, fixtures, and ceilings with precision- Rolling walls and ceilings with even, consistent coverage- Proper masking and protection of flooring, fixtures, and appliances- Cleaning painting tools and leaving units ready for inspection upon completionRequirements- Must have reliable transportation to and from the property- Previous painting experience required (residential or commercial interior painting)- Ability to cut in cleanly and roll with consistent, even coverage- Physically capable of standing, climbing ladders, and lifting for extended periods- Dependable and able to commit to the full turn duration- Detail-oriented with pride in quality work- Must be willing to wear a Luxxe Property Solutions uniform while on siteWhat We Provide- All supplies, chemicals, tools, and equipment needed to perform the work- Luxxe Property Solutions uniform (required to be worn on site)- On-site Turn Manager for daily coordination and support- Clear unit assignments and scheduling through our live Trello turn trackerPayment DetailsTotal project pay is $3,200, paid at the end of turn. Payment is processed on move-in day through Gusto. You must be present on move-in day to address any final touch-ups or resident concerns.
