What You’ll Do
Meet with homeowners, builders, and interior designers to understand their needs Design custom storage solutions that balance function and aesthetics Present designs, refine concepts, and close projects Build and manage your own pipeline through networking, referrals, and social platforms Collaborate with installation teams to ensure a smooth client experience Manage multiple projects while maintaining strong attention to detail What We Offer
High earning potential: $40,000–$80,000+, with top performers exceeding $100,000 Paid training in both design and sales Flexible, autonomous schedule with showroom access Pre-qualified leads to supplement your pipeline Ongoing support, mentorship, and marketing resources Access to design tools and materials Who You Are
Sales-driven with strong communication and relationship-building skills Passionate about design, organization, and creating beautiful spaces Comfortable working independently and managing your own pipeline Experience in design, home improvement, or sales preferred (not required) Familiarity with design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar) is a plus Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Why This Role Stands Out
