We’re looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager who thrives on outbound sales, building relationships, and closing new business. This is a true hunter role and ideal for someone who is energized by prospecting, opening doors, and winning new clients. What You’ll Do Drive new business through high-volume outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach Target and secure clients across one or more hospitality segments Manage the full sales cycle from first conversation to close Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities Partner with our recruiting team to deliver exceptional results What We’re Looking For 3+ years of outbound sales/business development experience in the hospitality industry or selling to the hospitality industry Proven ability to generate and close new business Hunter mentality with a strong work ethic and sense of urgency Comfortable making a high volume of daily outreach Strong negotiation and communication skills Highly organized with consistent follow-up discipline Why Join Horizon Total Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000 (base salary of $65-75k plus uncapped commission) Work with a respected, national brand in hospitality Strong internal team to support your success Real opportunity for growth and long-term upside If you’re competitive, driven, and motivated by winning new business, apply today!
