eLearning Developer with Instructional Design experience
We are looking for an eLearning developer with instructional design knowledge and skills who can create custom cyber security online training. The goal is to facilitate learners in acquiring knowledge, skills and competencies in an effective and appealing manner.
Key Responsibilities Design and develop course storyboards and templates Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts Develop illustrations, graphics, etc. to support the course content Create video production including audio and video editing in SCORM format Knowledge and Skills
Knowledge of instructional design concepts and principles Expert-level command of course authoring tools and course development methodologies Experience in video production equipment and software to create video-based learning experiences Experience with SCORM requirements Strong attention to detail Excellent communication (written, verbal, interpersonal) skills Excellent time-management skills, and ability to work independently and collaboratively Bonus
