Houston, TX 77086 Shift : 8-hour shift between the hours of 7 a.m.- 6 p.m. Monday-Friday length: 3 months , Possible Extension Pay : $17 - $21/hr

Education: High School Diploma/ GED

Skills: 1 year- Customer service experience within

managed care or insurance industry Or Call center experience in any industry - Required Bilingual (English-Spanish ) Required

Duties: Handles Member/Provider calls and resolves issues Acts as liaison and advocate Verifies identity and ensures HIPAA compliance Documents tasks accurately in systems Escalates issues when needed Educates members on benefits, services, and appeals Assists with PCP changes and directs resources Meets performance, quality, and productivity goals Participates in training and stays updated Maintains confidentiality of PHI
