Role Description This is a full-time hybrid position located in Dayton, OH, with some flexibility for remote work. As a Strategist, you will be responsible for analyzing market trends, developing and executing strategic plans, and identifying opportunities for business growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive organizational goals, monitor performance metrics, and contribute to impactful projects. Additional responsibilities include presenting data-driven insights to stakeholders, proposing innovative solutions to challenges, and maintaining a focus on sustainability in all initiatives.
Qualifications
Proven skills in strategic planning, data analysis, and interpreting trends for business decision-making.
Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills for engaging stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Experience in sustainability initiatives, waste management, or environmental solutions is a plus.
Proficiency in relevant software tools such as data analysis platforms and project management applications.
Adaptability to a hybrid work environment with the ability to effectively manage in-office and remote responsibilities.
Ability to take initiative, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Environmental Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Prior experience in the waste management, recycling, or sustainability industries is advantageous.
