Role Description We are seeking a full-time Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our Tax team in Goldsboro, NC. This on-site role involves assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include handling customer communications, managing service requests, and maintaining accurate customer records. The role requires providing support to both English and Spanish-speaking customers while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Experience

Experience in Customer Support and interacting with diverse customers

Proficiency in both English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Proficiency with computer systems, software, and CRM tools is preferred

Previous experience in customer service roles is an advantage

High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education is a plus
