Position Summary:

The Senior Member Engagement Associate (SMEA) position is an engagement, customer service, administrative and member support position. The primary function of the Member Engagement Associate role is to support and partner with the Senior Member Engagement Director to schedule Center Member meetings, prepare relevant documents and to track, engage and grow the Center Members' utilization of the entire portfolio of products within the Human Capital (HC) Center. The SMEA also assists in efforts to achieve the Center's financial targets.

Accountabilities:

Supports Senior Member Engagement Director (SMED) by developing, executing, and maintaining a member engagement cadence for each HC Center Member within territory to increase awareness of the Center's resources and build a deeper relationship with Center Executives (CE). This includes: outreach, follow-ups, renewals, forecasting, contract negotiations, saving at-risk members, invoicing, and accounts receivable. Supports SMED in partnering with internal TCB departments to collaborate, develop, and optimize new and existing resources, tools, processes, and strategies related to HC Center member engagement; e.g. marketing, new product development, events, etc. Expertise of HC Center's offerings to proactively engage Members and provide a "white glove" service. Assist in the creation of marketing campaigns targeted at key member stakeholders, to be used by HC Center engagement team. Supports planning and execution of HC Center sponsored regional convenings and events, including coordination with internal teams and external partners, attendee management, materials preparation, and on-site support as needed (light travel required). Assists with operational logistics tied to sponsored events and convenings, ensuring seamless delivery and alignment with member engagement goals, including follow-ups and post-event engagement tracking. Offer direct support for Members assigned to their territory, including all necessary follow-ups for HC Center Members in a timely and accurate fashion after external meetings and e-mail requests. Be a proactive ambassador of the HC Center internally and externally at TCB events. Identifies prospective executives within Member organizations to reach out to, schedule meetings and participate in conversations to share the Center's resources. Accurately and regularly updates, maintains, and manages multiple systems tracking member activity and utilization as well as all membership engagement documents. Prepares situation-specific marketing materials, presentations, and other collateral needed for member engagement/upsell activities. Collaborates with Member Development and Enterprise Engagement teams, as well as the Member Engagement Director, to transition new members and develop a first-year engagement strategy and with any Member "save" efforts. When requested, attends occasional meetings in place of the Senior Member Engagement Director. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree Two years of relevant experience highly desirable Project management and administration skills Strong time management and organizational skills –able to multi-task Ability to collaborate within TCB and with member contacts Customer service orientation Strategic, analytical thinkers and results-oriented team players with a customer service mentality. Ability to be self-motivated and proactive with minimal supervision. Strong organizational skills with the ability to connect with business professionals at all levels. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), ability to multi-task and follow-up. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams. Ability to quickly learn other software tools Experience working with CRM platforms preferred; familiarity with HubSpot is a plus.
