HeartCentrix Solutions is hiring: Senior User Experience Designer in Dallas

We are seeking a UX/Product Designer to join a collaborative product team focused on delivering intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. This role will work closely with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders to design impactful solutions across web and mobile platforms.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end design from research and ideation to wireframes, prototypes, and final UI
• Design intuitive, scalable experiences across web and mobile (iOS/Android)
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to define requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to inform design decisions
• Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups using modern design tools
• Contribute to and maintain design systems and UI standards
• Present design concepts and clearly communicate decisions to stakeholders

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of experience in UX/Product Design
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work
• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Experience designing for responsive web and mobile applications
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

• Experience working in Agile environments
• Familiarity with design systems and accessibility standards
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or front-end development
