In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the marketing strategy for Health Information Technology. Your efforts will contribute significantly to revenue goals and profit targets while fostering collaboration across a multidisciplinary team. You will lead market research initiatives to inform product development, ensuring we meet the ever‑evolving needs of our customers. Accountabilities Create and manage the implementation of the annual strategic marketing plan for each customer segment.
Plan and manage the customer segment marketing budget.
Launch new products and execute regional product launches.
Collect secondary market research to inform the SBU.
Contribute local market information for business and marketing plans.
Continuously monitor market needs and customer acceptance.
Adapt global content for regional marketing campaigns.
Develop and nurture local KOL relationships.
Support Regional Sales Forces and participate in advisory councils.
Provide Field Sales with updates on product services.
Be a resource for Field Sales.
Participate in Monthly/Quarterly Sales Forecasting meetings.
Support local sales training with strategic marketing messages.
Provide local customer support and consult on marketing needs.
Collaborate on landmark events and articles.
Support trade‑show collateral and messaging.
Direct customer inquiries to appropriate resources.
Support Regulatory activities as necessary.
Manage, lead, coach, and develop team members.
Lead cross‑functional teams to achieve digital excellence.
Requirements BS degree required, preferably in engineering, marketing, or life sciences.
Product launch experience is required.
Five + years’ marketing experience in a medical device/optical device company.
Knowledge and experience in market analysis.
Excellent oral presentation and written communication skills.
Good analytical skills with experience in financial analysis.
Management skills with a proven ability to work cross‑functionally.
Healthcare domain knowledge, especially in healthcare information technology.
Expertise in SEO, SEM, and digital marketing strategies.
Willingness to travel (30%) and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
