Overview This role is best suited for someone with a strong foundation in e‑commerce and digital marketing, a passion for driving revenue, and exceptional attention to detail who is eager to continue growing their skills in a creative, fast‑paced environment. The E‑Commerce Coordinator will play an integral role in supporting the Marketing Director and Creative Merchandising & Visual Content Director across campaign execution, reporting, website/content management, and creative production. The ideal candidate brings hands‑on experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to anticipate needs while also demonstrating curiosity and a drive to expand their expertise. This position requires a proactive, detail‑oriented, and adaptable team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and is ready to take ownership while continuing to learn. Key Responsibilities E-Commerce Support & Site Management Manage Shopify product uploads and tagging in preparation for collection launches. Assist with site merchandising to optimize the website for KPIs. Monitor the site to ensure content accuracy, image quality, and brand consistency. Support seasonal site updates and content refreshes in collaboration with the creative team. Oversee website updates in collaboration with external development partners, ensuring efficient communication and high‑quality implementation. Marketing Support Manage daily campaign sends in Klaviyo (email) and Attentive (SMS), including setup, QA, and audience segmentation. Manage cross‑functional alignment with creative and merchandising teams. Jump in across tasks to ensure the smooth execution of marketing and e‑commerce initiatives. Lead cross‑functional project management initiatives, ensuring clear task allocation, timely delivery, and seamless execution across all phases. Reporting & Data Preparation Send out daily revenue report, adding insights into customer behavior, website performance, and product trends. Pull and analyze website and email/SMS data to distill into key takeaways for the marketing team. Run key reports in Shopify and find areas of optimization to increase revenue. SEO Run weekly and monthly SEO reports, including site audit, backlink audit, and orphan page report. Write SEO copy for PDPs, collection pages, and style edits. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in e‑commerce and digital marketing (fashion or apparel industry preferred). Advanced experience with MS Excel. Experience with Google Analytics. Experience with SEMRush or other SEO software. Working knowledge of Shopify Plus. Experience with Klaviyo (or other e‑mail platform) and Attentive (or other SMS platform). Basic proficiency in Photoshop and image editing. Experience with Asana a plus. Experience with Matrixify a plus. Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills. Analytical mindset with comfort compiling and presenting data. Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn all aspects of e‑commerce and digital marketing.
