Remote Senior Marketing Manager

You will drive commercial success across the Americas by implementing innovative marketing programs and establishing strong relationships with both clinical and commercial stakeholders. Accountabilities Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow market share for treatment planning software in the Americas. Define value propositions and messaging tailored to clinical and commercial audiences. Lead go-to-market planning for new features and releases of Eclipse. Create sales tools, presentations, and training materials to support the commercial team. Develop campaigns targeting radiation oncology professionals and decision-makers. Analyze competitive landscape and customer insights to inform strategic decisions. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; clinical background as a Dosimetrist or Medical Physicist preferred. 5+ years in marketing within healthcare or medical technology, preferably in radiation oncology. Proven experience with Eclipse Treatment Planning System or similar platforms. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage cross-functional projects and meet deadlines.
