Job Title: Entry Level Sales Recruiter/Account Manager Join our team as an Entry-Level Recruiter | Sales Trainee, where you will have the opportunity to advance the careers of skilled professionals in engineering and sciences. You will build trusted relationships with consultants and corporate professionals, supporting their career goals and contributing to our vision of impacting lives through engineering and sciences efforts. Responsibilities Meet with hiring managers to understand their needs. Source qualified professionals using various recruiting tools. Screen potential consultants through interviews and reference checks, ensuring alignment with their goals, skills, and interests. Communicate work opportunities and prepare consultants for their new roles. Perform relationship‑building activities, including coaching consultants for interviews and checking in throughout their employment. Maintain a network of consultants aligned with top industry‑specific skill sets. Build trusted relationships with professionals to be seen as a partner in their career advancement. Essential Skills Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience in customer service, leadership, or sales is a plus. Collaboration skills in a team‑oriented environment. Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills. Desire to work in a performance‑based environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications 6 months sales experience (preferred). Recruiting experience (preferred but not required). Compensation & Benefits Unlimited commission potential. Paid 13‑week training period to start. Initial base salary of $45,000 after the training period, increasing to $55,000 after one year. Top 10% of recruiters earned an average of $68,000 in year one, $130,000 in year two, and $195,000 in year five (2021 data). Performance‑based incentives and quarterly bonuses.
