Job Description
As the Global Marketing Specialist, Food, Ag and Outdoor , you will plan, execute, structure, and report on strategic marketing initiatives that promote our financial offerings. You will interact with other cross‑functional team members and colleagues from several departments, such as sales, program management, and account management to ensure alignment of efforts. The ideal candidate is execution oriented with creative ideation. You have a proven track record of developing and implementing creative and effective marketing strategies. In addition, you will collaborate with senior management to execute the internal communications efforts for the Global Business Unit, creating content and executing actions to strengthen the connection between members globally. Day to day
The Global Marketing Specialist will work closely with the Marketing Managers in the execution of marketing and internal communications strategies to increase revenue across the business unit globally. These strategies are set by a combination of the Global General Management Team, partners, and other key stakeholders.
Create, implement, and monitor (report on – Google Analytics) marketing plans, campaigns, and initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. Inclusive of traditional marketing efforts such as print collateral, events, trade shows, sponsorships, etc. and digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, social media, email marketing, etc.
Adapt the global and business unit marketing strategy that targets food, agriculture and outdoor segments
Business adoption and future management of Marketing Automation and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools – create workflows/journeys
Manage and execute a marketing content calendar and content library
Help manage the budget and marketing inventory
Coordinate internal (town halls, kickoff) and external events (tradeshows, quarterly business reviews, customer meetings and events) through their cycle – pre, during, and post – including collecting, analyzing and summarizing event performance metrics to inform future planning.
Manage cross‑functional projects and collaborate with appropriate departments to ensure high‑quality and timeliness of all deliverables.
Co‑develop prospecting and pitch approaches, content, and styles for new asset and market segments with Business Development teams, e.g., lead generation, contact management, etc.
Organization and further advancement of content management systems (SharePoint)

Essentials
3+ years of experience in marketing, preferable captive or B2B2C marketing
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Finance, Business, or a related field
Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems; Salesforce experience a plus
Excellent video editing and graphic design skills
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
Preferred experience in financial services marketing, with a focus on the food, agriculture or outdoor sector.
Preferred understanding of food, agriculture or outdoor industry trends, regulations, and financial dynamics.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across cross‑functional teams.

Pay Range
Applicable Pay Range: $75,004.00 – $112,506.00 (based on desired primary work location – Des Moines, IA). The pay estimate is a typical range for candidates hired for this position; it may be adjusted for location or other lawful reasons.
