Job Description
B Turners is seeking a dependable and organized Retail Sales Associate with at least 2 years of consecutive retail experience to join our team. This is a full-time position. The ideal candidate must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to deescalate customer issues if any. Candidate most also have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment when needed.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with their purchases and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels. This includes processing freight that comes to the store.
- Assist with visual merchandising and store displays
- Attend and maintain dressing rooms as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of consecutive retail experience preferred
- Dependable and organized
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to squat, bend, kneel, and lift up to 30 pounds
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check
