Job Description B Turners is seeking a dependable and organized Retail Sales Associate with at least

2 years of consecutive retail experience

with

proven ability to interact with customers.

Applicants without this experience will

not

be considered. Pay will be based on experience. This is a full-time position. The ideal candidate must have

excellent customer service skills

and the ability to deescalate customer issues if any. Candidate must also have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment when needed. Opportunity for advancement for the skilled candidate who has leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Assist customers with their purchases and provide excellent customer service

Maintain a clean and organized store environment

Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately

Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels. This includes processing freight that comes to the store.

Assist with visual merchandising and store displays

Attend and maintain dressing rooms as needed

Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

At least 2 years of consecutive retail experience preferred

Dependable and organized

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to stand for long periods

Ability to squat, bend, kneel, and lift up to 30 pounds

Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays

Ability to pass a drug test and background check
