We are looking for a driven, motivated Sales Appointment Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to help grow a rapidly expanding business.This role is perfect for someone who enjoys sales, customer interaction, and closing opportunities while helping potential customers get scheduled for cleaning services.Key ResponsibilitiesManage inbound leads from phone calls, website inquiries, and service platforms.Conduct outbound outreach to new and existing leads to generate appointments.Qualify potential customers, understand their cleaning needs, and guide them through the booking process.Negotiate pricing and service options when appropriate to secure bookings.Schedule and confirm cleaning appointments using our scheduling system.Follow up with warm leads who have previously inquired about services.Maintain organized records of leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.Collaborate with operations to ensure appointments are properly scheduled and executed.Help improve our lead conversion and booking rates.QualificationsExperience in sales, appointment setting, or customer service preferred.Strong communication and persuasion skills.Ability to confidently speak with customers and guide conversations toward booking services.Highly organized with strong attention to detail.Comfortable working with CRM and scheduling systems.Experience with Housecall Pro is a plus, but we will train the right person.Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated.What Were Looking For:This role is best suited for someone who:Is self-motivated and results-drivenThrives in a sales environmentEnjoys speaking with people and building rapport quicklyTakes initiative and doesnt wait to be told what to doWants to grow with a company and advance into leadership rolesOnly self-motivated, high-energy go-getters should applyLearn more about us: sharpencleaning.com
