US-based preferred (remote possible); China-based candidates are also welcome (supporting North America market)
About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to expand our OTC hearing aid products into offline retail channels across North America.
This role will play a key part in building our retail presence and driving business growth in the US market.
Responsibilities
Drive the expansion of offline retail channels for OTC hearing aids in North America;
Own the full business development cycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, contracting, and product listing;
Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners to drive revenue growth;
Develop a deep understanding of North American retail systems (buyer structure, listing process, pricing strategy, etc.);
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, supply chain, and marketing;
Monitor market trends and competitors to refine channel strategies;
Execute channel expansion plans aligned with business goals and targets.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in business development, channel sales, or key account management in North America;
Experience in consumer electronics, medical devices, or related industries is preferred;
Proven track record of entering major retail channels (e.g., Best Buy, Walmart, Target) or strong existing buyer relationships ;
Solid understanding of North American retail systems (buyer structure, distribution, merchandising, etc.);
Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills;
Highly results-driven and self-motivated;
Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus);
Willingness to travel and work across time zones.
Nice to Have
Experience in OTC hearing aids or hearing-related devices
Familiarity with the US OTC / medical device market
Experience building channels from 0 to 1
