Marketing Events Manager
TouchCare is looking for a highly organized and results‑driven Marketing Events Manager. This role focuses on strategic planning and hands‑on execution. You will own the planning and execution of virtual and in‑person events that drive brand awareness, pipeline growth, and client engagement.
Responsibilities
Own the strategy, planning, and execution of TouchCare’s event portfolio (virtual and in‑person), including both owned and partner‑driven events.
Conceptualize and build TouchCare‑owned events from the ground up, including:
Event themes and content direction.
Target audience definition (brokers, employers, members, partners).
Format selection (webinars, panels, roundtables, in‑person events).
Develop event plans aligned with marketing and growth goals (lead generation, engagement, brand awareness).
Manage all event logistics (hotels, venues, restaurants), including timelines, vendors, platforms, run‑of‑show, and day‑of coordination.
Own end‑to‑end execution of events from planning through post‑event follow‑up.
Coordinate with internal teams (content, design, ops) to develop and deliver all event materials (emails, landing pages, decks, promotional assets).
Own all deadlines, submissions, and deliverables across internal and external stakeholders.
Identify, recruit, and secure speakers, panelists, and guests aligned with event goals.
Prepare and brief speakers to ensure high‑quality, cohesive content and delivery.
Manage relationships with partners involved in co‑hosted or sponsored events.
Partner with marketing to drive event promotion across channels (email, social, partnerships).
Define target audiences and support registration strategy and messaging.
Own post‑event follow‑up strategy in partnership with lifecycle and revenue operations teams.
Track and report on event performance, including:
Attendance and registration rates.
Leads generated.
Conversion to pipeline/opportunities.
Engagement metrics.
Event costs and ROI.
Analyze results and provide recommendations to improve future events and overall impact.
Manage multiple events simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
Ideal Candidate
5+ years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or event management (B2B preferred).
Experience planning and executing both virtual and in‑person corporate events.
Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Experience working cross‑functionally with marketing, sales, and external partners.
Ability to manage vendors, budgets, and timelines effectively.
Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Data‑driven mindset with experience measuring event ROI and performance.
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
Experience in healthcare, benefits, or HR tech is a plus.

Work Environment
