Job Title: Account Executive - LTL/LCL & FTL/FCL (Field Sales) Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic field sales professional with experience in LTL/LCL and FTL/FCL freight services to drive new business development and strengthen existing client relationships. This role focuses on achieving sales targets and expanding market presence within the Hawaii and Guam region. The ideal candidate will effectively leverage both face-to-face and inside sales channels to shorten sales cycles and deliver strong revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Conduct proactive face-to-face and inside sales efforts to develop new business opportunities Focus on expanding customer base within key freight markets Spend approximately 60% of time on in-person client meetings and 40% on administrative and follow-up activities Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective and existing clients Research market trends and identify potential business opportunities Follow up on previous sales calls and nurture leads Drive new business for LTL (Less-than-Truckload), LCL (Less-than-Container Load), FTL (Full Truckload), and FCL (Full Container Load) services Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of service Collaborate with leadership to define and achieve customer relationship goals Support account onboarding and implementation processes Meet or exceed assigned revenue targets Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities Travel overnight as required Perform additional duties as assigned Essential Skills Strong sales and negotiation abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical ability Effective planning and organizational skills Ability to build and maintain long‑term client relationships Customer-focused approach with strong service orientation Education & Experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent required 1-3 years of B2B inside or outside sales experience preferred Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or transportation sales is an advantage Language Requirement Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently #J-18808-Ljbffr
