Job Title : Retirement Analyst Location : 305 Gregson Drive Cary NC 27511 Duration : 6 Months Pay Range: $35/hr. - $37/hour on W2 (without benefits), the rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location and other factors. Please Note: This is NOT a Compensation Analyst role. This is for a 401(k) Retirement Analyst position. Must have 401k Retirement experience to be considered. 1. What are the top 3 hard must have skills required for this role? (These would be non-negotiable and get the candidate an interview) Prior industry experience/knowledge in retirement plan administration Intermediate to advanced level skillset in Excel (Vlookup, Pivot tables) and MS Office Analytical skills. 2. The duration is listed as 6 months. Any possibility to extend or convert to full time? Strong possibility for extension of assignment, potential for conversion to full time. This is not guaranteed. 3. What is the pay rate for this role? Pay rate: Around $37 hourly 4. Is this role onsite or remote? Onsite - Hybrid schedule with 3 days in office/2 remotely once candidate is trained. 5. What is the highest level of education required? Bachelor's 6. How many years of experience does the role require? 5 with a degree. 8 years required with a HS Diploma 7. Is there any travel required for this role? No 8. What is the interview process? How many interview rounds will there be? Will the interview be conducted via teams meeting or in person? 2-3 interviews via Teams. 9. What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the job? Support day-to-day retirement teams administrative needs. Support data analysis, reconciliation, internal process audits as needed. Collaborate with Payroll/Vendor Partners to resolve indicative data and financial discrepancies. Contribution funding and asset reconciliation. Assist with running reports. Address the participant inquiries via AskHR ticket system. Support annual 401k audit inquiries and respond to specific needs and requests, both internal and external. If you are interested in this
