Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Underground Utility Foreman with work throughout the Treasure and Space Coasts. The Underground Utility Foreman will oversee and supervise utility construction projects, ensuring safety protocols, production, and quality standards are met. Daily responsibilities include managing a crew, operating heavy equipment as required, coordinating tasks, plan and spec, while ensuring the safe operation of tools and machinery. xywuqvp The role also involves effective communication with team members and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved. Qualifications Supervisory Skills, including the ability to lead teams, delegate tasks, and enforce safety standards Proficiency in operating Heavy Equipment and familiarity with related safety practices Strong Communication skills for effective coordination and problem-solving Stormwater experience Potable Water experience Force main experience Gravity sewer experience Ability to read and interpret project plans 5 years experience working as an foreman or supervisor level on a utility crew Valid driver's license and any relevant certifications are preferred
