This is a long-term opportunity with a proven builder, a strong preconstruction pipeline, and uncompromising standards of detail and discretion. What You’ll Bring 10+ years’ experience in construction estimating Proven experience estimating ground-up custom homes valued at $25M+ Deep understanding of high-end finishes, bespoke materials, and complex scopes Ability to build detailed cost plans from conceptual design through final GMP Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred) Strong career stability and long-term tenure Open to relocating to Naples, FL (nationwide candidates welcome) Your Role Lead full-cycle estimating for ultra-luxury residential estates Prepare detailed budgets, cost models, and value engineering options Analyze drawings, specifications, and evolving design concepts with precision Solicit and level subcontractor bids with a focus on quality and alignment Support client presentations with xywuqvp confidence and financial clarity Protect margin while maintaining the highest construction standards What’s on Offer $175K–$225K base salary + bonus Clear long-term growth within a premier luxury builder Stable, well-funded pipeline of marquee residential projects Collaborative leadership team and elite project portfolio Opportunity to work on some of the most prestigious homes in the country
