Job Summary: • Join our team as a Senior Salesforce Administrator in a hybrid role based in Charlotte, NC. • This full-time position involves enhancing and managing our Salesforce platform, focusing on user experience and scalable solutions. • You'll work with a variety of technologies to support our business objectives and improve our systems.
Key Responsibilities: • Manage user and license setup, roles, profiles, and permissions. • Implement configuration changes, such as workflows and dashboards. • Oversee sandbox management and release processes. • Gather requirements and design scalable solutions for improved user experience. • Communicate platform changes and provide user training.
Qualifications: • At least five years of Salesforce Administration experience. • Certified Salesforce Administrator and Advanced Administrator. • Strong skills in relationship-building and stakeholder communication. • Experience with change management and governance. • Proficient in technical documentation and user training.
