Personal Lines Client Manager
for its team in Chandler, AZ.
As the
Personal Lines Client Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing the workflow, servicing, and maintenance of your assigned personal lines book of business. This role develops and maintains client and prospective client relationships by reviewing coverage, identifying gaps, and helping them maintain appropriate protection for their personal assets and lifestyle.

Job Duties Include: • Serves as the main point of contact for clients addressing general questions, providing guidance, and resolving accounting discrepancies • Collaborate with Insurance Advisors to assess client needs, recommend coverage options and support quoting, remarketing, renewal, and new business processes • Review and process policies, endorsements, audits, cancellations, and related documents to ensure accuracy and compliance • Educate clients on policy terms, coverages, and exclusions while guiding them through claims process • Lead and support collaboration among clients, carriers, and the service team
Job Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent • 5+ years of personal lines client management experience • Arizona property & casualty insurance license • CISR, CIC or other insurance professional designation, preferred • Experience with Applied EPIC, preferred
