In Accounts Receivable you get to work with all of Hallmark's retail customers. That includes the large chain accounts, our Gold Crown network, independent retailers, and everything in between. You gain a complete understanding of the order to cash process. We are a team of 9 that work independently but at the same time rely on everybody's knowledge. Our belief is there is more than one way to accomplish the desired results. Therefore, we seek independent thinkers who look for opportunities to improve a process. Each Credit Representative is assigned to a group of retailers that they manage. This includes reviewing/releasing pending orders, resolving billing issues, deduction management, timeliness collections, and assisting with the cash application process. You will develop close business relationships with your retailers, and then internally you will develop working relationships with the Marketing team, our I/T partners, and the Customer Care team to name a few. Basic Qualifications

The following are required to be considered for this role: Associates Degree OR at least 2 years' experience in accounts receivable, finance, accounting, or corporate office role including customer service Experience in Microsoft Excel and Word Experience with other Microsoft Office 365 applications such as Teams, Outlook, and PowerPoint Preferred Qualifications
