Customer Service Rep - Cashier

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and the ability to handle various customer interactions effectively. Responsibilities include: Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person in a timely and professional manner. Assisting customers with product information, order status, or any account-related issues. Resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently and empathetically, following agency procedures. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and agency policies to provide accurate information. Processing transactions, returns, and exchanges according to agency guidelines. Collaborating with other departments to address and resolve complex issues. Providing feedback to management on recurring customer concerns and suggesting improvements. Staying informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance customer service quality. Performing other duties as assigned to support the customer service team. Education: High School Diploma Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
