Office Assistant — Customer-Focused Role
Role Summary:
As the first point of contact for our customers, you will manage inbound phone inquiries and walk-in customers with a positive and professional demeanor. Your primary mission is to promote customer satisfaction by converting calls into confirmed service appointments. This role also includes general office responsibilities and supporting teammates to ensure seamless daily operations.
Primary Duties:
Serve as the central contact for customer communications via phone and in person, ensuring every interaction reflects our service standards.
Actively listen to customer needs, present appropriate appointment options, and secure bookings efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer care.
Manage appointment scheduling systems, confirm details with clients, and handle any necessary rescheduling or cancellations.
Complete assorted administrative tasks such as processing paperwork, preparing daily reports, organizing files, and performing data entry with accuracy.
Provide backup support to colleagues.
