Billing Resolution Associate
The Billing Resolution Associate is responsible for reviewing customer accounts to ensure accurate setup and billing in accordance with contracted terms. This role focuses on validating how customer accounts were established, confirming equipment and account data accuracy, and ensuring billing reflects contractual agreements. The associate will investigate account details, identify discrepancies, and coordinate resolutions before confirming closure with customers. Communication is primarily handled via email, with limited phone interaction once coordination is complete. Responsibilities: Review customer accounts to ensure accurate setup and billing in accordance with contracted terms. Validate customer account establishment, equipment, and account data accuracy. Ensure billing reflects contractual agreements. Investigate account details to identify discrepancies. Coordinate resolutions for discrepancies and confirm closure with customers. Communicate primarily through email with limited phone interaction after coordination. Essential Skills: 2+ years in Data Entry, QA, or Customer Service roles involving data/account setup. Strong attention to detail. Critical thinking skills. Sharp communication skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications: Prior experience in account coordination or data-focused roles. Experience in roles requiring editing, validation, or fine-detail review. Comfort with limited phone work after account coordination is complete. Experience working in structured training environments. Experience with outbound calls and troubleshooting. Work Environment: This position offers a fully onsite work model in a professional, air-conditioned office environment. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Job Type & Location: This is a Contract position based out of Port St. Lucie, FL. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
