Senior Executive Assistant

This role will be based in San Francisco or Mountain View. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team. We are looking for a Senior Executive Assistant to provide administrative and organizational support to the SVP & Chief Communications Officer. In this role, you'll work directly with the CCO and communications organization and will be responsible for a mix of administrative and operational activities. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, able to maintain strict confidentiality of corporate and personal information, and bring a blend of professionalism, passion and flexibility to the role. Responsibilities: Plan, organize and manage executive calendar - resolve conflicts and align time with priorities Partner with communications teams and others on internal and external communications Organize and ensure content preparedness for internal and external meetings and special events, including all hands, off-sites, culture events, and team building Actively participate in meetings for notetaking and follow-up documentation Anticipate critical rhythm of the business initiatives Coordinate all domestic and international travel arrangements Manage and reconcile expense reports, purchase orders and procurement requisitions in accordance with budget and department and company-wide policies and standards Answer, screen and route internal and external correspondence, requests, and communications Provide back-up support for other executive assistants when needed and champion the admin community Maintain email distribution lists / aliases Support special projects as needed Act as a point of contact with workplace services to meet facility needs Drive improvements in systems, tools, and processes, and establish and share best practices Maintain an advanced degree of confidentiality along with excellent judgement, discretion and a high degree of maturity/professionalism Apply judgment with full understanding of urgency and priorities of the business, routinely needing to multi-task with little to no direction Basic Qualifications: 5+ years of experience working at a senior and/or executive administrative level with at least 3 years of experience supporting VP+ Preferred Qualifications: Experience working as a trusted business partner to a c-suite level executive or global CCO Strong cross-functional coordination skills

The pay range for this role is $107,000 to $173,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor. The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
