Job Description
We are looking for a Call Center Representative
to work in a highvolume
inbound call center
supporting patients, providers, and internal
teams.
Primary Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls (50-100+ per day depending on complexity)
Make occasional followup outbound calls
Answer questions related to prior authorization, general inquiries, and confidential medical information
Deliver exceptional service with empathy and professionalism
Accurately enter and update detailed information
Use multiple software systems to track and document calls
Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements
Quality and accuracy metrics will be key performance measures
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience
1 year of highvolume call center experience
Technical Skills
Strong computer navigation skills
Ability to multitask across multiple systems
Soft Skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and listening skills
Professional, patient, and empathetic demeanor
Reliable, consistent attendance
Schedule
Requirements
Must be available
7 days a week between 5:00 AM - 10:00 PM
You will receive a set schedule
within those hours after training
(example: 8am-5pm Tuesday-Saturday)
Mandatory overtime during December - February
Training Details
4 weeks of paid onsite training
Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
