1st shift, M-F (6am-2:30pm) Duration: Estimated 612 months (based on project volume) Location: Preferably onsite in Cranberry PA office; remote flexibility for the right candidate Start date: April 27th or May 4th, Manager out until: 4/16 Job Description: Updating and formatting technical and administrative documents to reflect new company branding, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all materials. Responsibilities: Update Technical Data Sheets and other documents with new branding elements. Modify and replace logos, company names, email addresses, and physical addresses. Perform document formatting
and layout adjustments to ensure consistency. Support style and design updates for internal and external documentation. Maintain accuracy and organization across a high volume of files. Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines. Requirements: Prior administrative or document formatting experience required. Experience with QuarkXPress is strongly preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy. Proficient in document editing and formatting tools. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
