Senior Product Manager, Growth Partnerships
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the product strategy and roadmap for wholesale and bundled distribution partnerships across streaming, telecom, and other strategic partners. Building large wholesale partnerships is essential to our digital subscription growth, and this role will play a critical part in executing these partnerships. You will define how our subscription product works end-to-end within partner ecosystems, ensuring seamless customer experiences while supporting scalable and flexible business models. This role focuses on subscriber authentication and entitlements as well as content distribution across partners. The ideal candidate is a senior product leader with strong technical fluency, comfortable operating in complex systems, translating partner needs into clear product requirements, and driving alignment across product, engineering, and external stakeholders. What You'll Do Own the product roadmap for wholesale and bundled partnerships. Partner with business development and partnerships teams to evaluate new opportunities and shape product requirements and define scalable platform capabilities that support a variety of partnership models (e.g., bundled subscriptions, entitlement sharing, content distribution). Define end-to-end user journeys for wholesale customers, including acquisition, authentication, account linking, entitlement verification and ongoing access and engagement. Serve as the product counterpart to engineering and technical program management on partner integration decisions. Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and resilient. Work closely with Business Development, Engineering, Data, Legal and Customer Support, to deliver high quality product solutions. Act as a primary product point of contact for external partners, translating business needs into product and technical requirements. Ensure strong alignment between internal teams and partner stakeholders throughout discovery, delivery, and post-launch optimization. Define success metrics for wholesale experiences (activation, access success, engagement, partner SLAs). Support launches with clear documentation, internal enablement, and post-launch monitoring. What You'll Bring 5+ years of product management experience across subscription products, identity/authentication, entitlements, or platform integrations; experience with wholesale distribution, bundling, telcos, or streaming partnerships is highly desired. Proven ability to design product solutions that scale across multiple partners, avoiding one-off implementations while supporting diverse commercial models. Strong technical fluency in identity systems (SSO, OAuth, account linking), entitlement logic, content distribution, and partner integrations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to clearly articulate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences. Track record of working with external partners and cross-functional teams, balancing customer experience, partner needs, technical constraints, and business objectives. Championing Inclusion at WBD Warner Bros. Discovery embraces the opportunity to build a workforce that reflects a wide array of perspectives, backgrounds, and experiences.
