Location: Schaumburg, IL (Hybrid)
Compensation: $50,000 – $60,000 Base + Uncapped Commission
On-Target Earnings:
- Year 1: $75,000 – $90,000
- Year 2: $100,000+

What You’ll Do
- Build and grow relationships with new and existing clients to uncover hiring needs
- Prospect new business through calls, referrals, networking, and market outreach
- Source, interview, and evaluate candidates to identify top talent
- Match candidates with client opportunities to create successful placements
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients on hiring strategy and market trends
- Present highly qualified candidates and manage the interview process
- Deliver exceptional service through consistent communication and follow-through
- Track performance metrics and grow your own book of business
