We’re seeking a Senior Account Manager to support a dynamic healthcare and marketing team. Our client, a leading healthcare organization, is looking for an experienced professional to manage key client relationships remotely. This temporary role spans 10–26 weeks, offering an opportunity to work with a complex, diverse portfolio of accounts and contribute to strategic growth.
Senior Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison for clients, fostering strong relationships that align with strategic objectives.
- Develop and implement annual renewal and retention strategies to ensure long-term satisfaction and growth.
- Collaborate with sales and partnership teams on prospecting, proposal development, and contract negotiations.
- Manage post-contract activities, ensuring contractual obligations and branding standards are met.
- Oversee workflow, project timelines, and deployment of changes across large, complex accounts regionally, nationally, and internationally.
Senior Account Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Management, Healthcare or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B account management or client service within healthcare or health-related sectors.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and proposal writing abilities.
- Tactful in handling challenging client issues with diplomacy and professionalism.
