Description:

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager with a strong Retail background and deep expertise in Digital Content Management and Marketing Operations. The ideal candidate will drive cross-functional initiatives supporting digital merchandising, product content, and marketing programs, while partnering closely with business and engineering teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end program delivery for digital content and marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations
  • Drive execution of digital content strategies, including product catalog and product feed management
  • Oversee implementation and optimization of Content Management Systems (CMS) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms
  • Support marketing initiatives such as campaign launches, content workflows, and asset readiness
  • Ensure alignment of content with retail merchandising standards and customer experience goals
  • Track program milestones, risks, and dependencies; provide regular status updates to stakeholders
  • Improve processes related to content production, publishing, and asset lifecycle management


Required Skills & Experience:

  • 6+ years of Program/Project Management experience, preferably in retail or eCommerce environments
  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Digital Content Management and Marketing Operations
  • Strong experience with:
  • Product Catalog & Product Feed Management
  • CMS (Content Management Systems)
  • DAM (Digital Asset Management tools)
  • Digital merchandising / Photo studio workflows
  • Proven ability to support and execute marketing initiatives and campaigns
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in cross-functional, fast-paced environments


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in Retail / eCommerce companies (must-have preference)
  • Experience working with MarTech stack and content ecosystems
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Experience working with distributed teams across time zones (PST preferred)
