This senior position will manage all aspects of developing and implementing strategic advertising, media brand and creative plans while maintaining the overall brand vision of ACCR. This person will work closely with marketing partners and across all departments to develop creative, media plans. Responsible for managing and tracking budgets and serves as the liaison to agencies and strategic partnerships. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Implement and monitor strategic plans to successfully reach annual short-term goals and long-term marketing plans and manage advertising department budgets and expenses. Coordinates internal departments at all 3 properties to ensure appropriate and timely marketing of events to maximize impact. Developing and implementing strategic advertising plans in conjunction with agencies. Manage creative projects from concept to completion and translates marketing objectives into creative strategies. Responsible for media strategy and choosing print, radio, TV, e commerce and outdoor media that targets customer base. Develop, manage and track budgets, approve media buys and invoices. Leverage external partners to drive creative development, execution, and reporting across all mediums. Communicate and support advertising staff to ensure timely deliverables and efficient operations. Will act as the liaison person between property agency of record. Partner with Social & Digital teams to deliver creative assets and support as needed. Copywriting and editing documents for accuracy. Manages staff and implements accountability and performance standards. Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned. Provide excellent guest service. Must comply with all applicable ACCRS and SRC internal controls, standard operating procedures and Tribal Regulations. Documents and reports all exceptions/variations/deviations immediately upon awareness. Supervisory Responsibilities

Required Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferred 5+ years of consumer advertising & media experience. Must have excellent organizational skills, the ability to work with senior leadership and have excellent customer relation skills. Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and decision-making abilities. Possess the ability to interact with multiple people/groups of all levels and to effectively communicate brand strategy. Must be able to communicate in English. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint. Working Conditions/Physical Demands
To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to stand, move and work throughout the office area and properties, including walking up to 1 mile, climbing stairs and sitting at a desk/workstation for the duration of the shift. Also, may be subjected to work in a smoke-filled environment. Typically, the individual will be housed in an office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but will escalate when located in the casino environment. Must be able to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs. on an intermittent basis, and sufficient dexterity of hand in order to use office equipment including, but not limited to: a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment and multi-line telephone.
